Morning swim off the beach followed by a hot drink and delicious breakfast baguette from Cakebreads to enjoy on the harbour benches. Perfect start to the day. All villages need a local shop like this. All the essentials plus a few guilty pleasures, and provides an important focal point for locals and visitors. Lovely service too. Gorran Haven is a late find for us after many family holidays in Cornwall, but so worth the wait!- Food

Very rustic, but that adds to the atmosphere. Food was absolutely delicious- was going to include a photo of the 'kickin chicken fries' but we demolished them before I could. Good value for money and fairly basic but super food - we will definitely be coming back

Great local store selling everything you could need when self catering in Gorran Haven. The bakery, in particular, sells delicious fresh bread every day. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great local bakery. Came here while on holiday and I recommend the breakfast bap. They have a good selection of essentials too at a fair price. Staff were really friendly too. Would recommend
Nice friendly staff, a group of us had a coffee, latte, tea's and a unicorn hot chocolate which I highly recommend. Also had a iced finger roll and a Belgian bun with a cherry on top, was really light and fluffy.
Lovely little shop, bar and take out sandwiches. Unbelievably friendly staff and just 100yds from the beach. Very reasonably priced beers .
We came here a couple of days ago and were amazed by the outstanding service we received. We were specially seated inside for a lunch and the staff were very friendly.
It wasn't busy but we headed to visit. It's a cute little place. Nice and quiet. There's a lovely beach and some lovely locals. The bakery is actually the village shop that also has a post office and outdoory eating area undercover outside. They also serve alcohol. We went for breakfast and it was not disappointing. I had the breakfast baguette and it was so big they have to cut it in half. Fully recommend

1st class village store, but add to that knock out fry ups, small bar area and themed food nights, this place is the heart of village and a credit to all involved with it
Lovely place. Come to Gorran haven every summer and my kids love the sausage roles and pasties for lunch during a day at the beach. Cheerful and friendly staff with fair prices and very convenient

I stopped here for breakfast whilst walking the South West Coast Path. The bacon & egg rolls were delicious and the coffee was good quality. I would definitely recommend 😋

Best Village shop ever. Delicious pastys and cakes in the fresh bakery but and is well stocked with everything from washing power and wine to local cheese, meats and honey. The bar/food bit next door was also amazing...the best chicken burger I've ever had.
What a delight! It's a cafe, bakery, bar and convenience store all in one. The breakfast baguette is incredible and the cakes are delicious - you don't find a peppermint slice in many places these days! 😁 Staff were really friendly and welcoming and very efficient. Would highly recommend a visit if you're heading to the beach or walking along the coastal path.
